Roofing
The roof of the home was specifically designed with an optimal south facing pitch of 42 degrees to maximize sun exposure for solar hot water and solar photovoltaics. A high temperature snow and ice shield has been installed on the entire roof and covered with high grade shingles. As a decorative touch, copper shingles have been installed and highlight the roof of the turret. These copper shingles will also be placed on the top of the chimney when completed.
